温岭市韩程泵业有限公司

温岭韩程泵业有限公司成立于1995年.本厂主要生产韩程PHC全自动冷热水自吸泵、非自动冷热水自吸泵、冷热水循环管道泵、热水自动增压泵、全自动家用增压泵等家用水泵，主要用于锅炉、壁挂炉、蒸气发生器、地暖循环设备等。

屏蔽泵结构型式：
1、电机与水泵一体化结构，水泵与电动机为同轴连接；
　　2、电动机定子内侧和转子外侧具有屏蔽套，屏蔽套内侧和泵内连通；
　　3、安装方式分卧式和立式两种;
　　4、电动机取消了冷却风扇，通过定子与转子之间循环介质对电动机进行冷却，同时采用电动机机座表面冷却。

屏蔽泵产品特点:

　　3、采用屏蔽式水冷电机和取消了冷却风扇使该泵低噪声静音运行，适用于对环境噪声要求高的场合；
　　4、采用输送介质润滑的石墨滑动轴承，使运行噪声更低且无需人工加油，降低了维护成本；
　　5、立式结构可像阀门一样安装于管路上，安装方便快捷，且维修时只需将电机与叶轮抽出即可，无需拆除管路。
　　6、可以配合减震器或减震垫安装运行，使电泵在运行时噪声更低。
